What is the estimated cost and scope of the EU's plan to improve its military transport infrastructure?

The European Union needs €70 billion to upgrade its transport infrastructure for military mobility, encompassing rail, road, maritime, and air corridors. This is to facilitate rapid troop and equipment movement within the EU and to partner countries in case of conflict. Five hundred projects, including port and airport expansions, have been identified for upgrades.
